LeadFlex
LeadFlex is a recruitment marketing platform built to manage high-volume lead generation. Originally structured as a single-site, single-license setup, the goal was to develop a multi-site, multi-tenant system that could be seamlessly integrated into the core platform, providing a centralized content control model.
I designed the architecture for a scalable multi-site system that allows agencies and clients to manage multiple brands from a single Craft CMS installation.
By streamlining operations, this system has the potential to save the agency and clients tens of thousands of dollars while scaling effortlessly to meet evolving recruitment needs.

Challenges + Solutions
Challenges Faced
- Platform Limitations: LeadFlex started as a single-site system, lacking scalability for handling multiple clients efficiently.
- CCPA & Global Privacy Control (GPC) Compliance: Needed to implement user opt-out mechanisms for CCPA compliance, including automated privacy header handling.
- Google Tag Manager & Consent Mode Integration: Ensuring tracking scripts adjusted dynamically based on user consent preferences.
- GraphQL Query Optimization: Large-scale deployments required query efficiency improvements to prevent API slowdowns across multi-site environments.
- Multi-Site Scalability & Content Control: The planned multi-tenant architecture needed to support centralized content control while allowing localized overrides for individual brands.
Solutions Implemented
- Designed Multi-Site Architecture for ConversionNext Integration: Structured LeadFlex to support multi-site deployments with a single license model, enabling clients to manage multiple recruitment brands efficiently.
- Laid out a centralized content management system, allowing agencies to manage global templates, forms, and tracking settings from a single dashboard.
- Built a Custom Plugin for CCPA Compliance & Global Privacy Control (GPC): Integrated GPC headers to enable automatic opt-out handling, ensuring compliance with evolving privacy regulations.
- Developed a consent-based script injection system to adjust Google Tag Manager settings dynamically.
- Implemented Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Consent Mode: Configured GTM Consent Mode to respect user opt-in/out settings, ensuring marketing data collection remained compliant.
- Optimized GraphQL API Performance for Future Multi-Site Expansion: Reduced query load by 40% through query batching, pagination, and selective data fetching. Implemented lazy-loading strategies to defer expensive queries until necessary.
- Enhanced Frontend Performance with HTMX: Leveraged HTMX to replace AJAX-heavy components, reducing frontend processing overhead while improving server-side rendering speeds.
